Delivering to our customers

Deliveries are planned around retailer needs, with most orders fulfilled within 24 hours. A minimum order of 50 cases (excluding tobacco) applies, with additional delivery frequency available depending on geography.

Tobacco Track & Trace

We operate a Tobacco Track & Trace system. Retailers must have an Economic Operator Identifier Code (registered to their business) and a Facility Identifier Code (for each store or premises which stores tobacco) to purchase cigarettes and hand-rolling tobacco products with unique identifier codes.
